There has never been a time when I didn't arrive at the beach and breathe in the salty sea air and just feel some relief and relaxation come over me. I can't explain it, I just love it. I also feel closer to God at the beach, or in nature, but I'm not really an outdoorsy girl, so the beach is as close as I get..LOL.
