How embarrassing that it took over a week to visit your post! Hummus is one of those things I&#39;ve never made from scratch before. Oh, all the add-ins sound delish! Thanks for the ideas. <br /><br />Tahini is not expensive and goes a long way. Many regular grocery stores carry it. <br /><br />Be sure to check out the other recipes over at Katie&#39;s blog. Some good ones for sure.

Sounds yummy! The only hummus I&#39;ve ever made is a white bean hummus that uses cannellini beans. I&#39;ve never bought tahini - is it expensive?

I get Tahini at Lowes. They used to carry it when I made hummus. It is just hard to find. I used to make my own. I also would roast a red pepper and add it. Hope you are well. I still have Keith&#39;s crutches. Sorry about that but I had to have foot surgery again yesterday so they are being used. Do you want us to send you a check for them?
